How to save texts

This feature lets you save text snippets you reuse often so you can add them faster while planning content.

How to create saved texts

To save a text:

  1. Open the planner and click Create new publication.

  2. In the bottom icon bar, select the folder icon.

  1. Click to create a new text.

  2. Add a title, any tags, and a description. The description is the text that appears in the planning box.

  3. Click Save. You can also enable Save for all brands.

💡 When Save for all brands is enabled, the text is available across all brands you manage. If you want other team members in the current brand to see this saved text, leave this option turned off.

Search saved texts

The search tool lets you find texts by keyword and filter them by tags. Each label shows the number of saved texts.

Delete saved texts

You can edit and delete saved texts by clicking the icons. You must be the creator. In a shared brand, you cannot delete texts created by other users.

Use saved texts in the first comment

Access your saved texts directly from the first comment option.
