Instagram Direct Messages don't display in my Inbox

Why it happens

If you don't see your Instagram DMs in your Metricool's Inbox, problably the reason is because the account owner has disabled access to Instagram Direct Messages.

To solve it, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Instagram App in your mobile device.

2. Select the profile and click on Settings and privacy.

3. Click on Messages and story replies.

4. Click on Message controls.

5. You will see the option Connected Tools: Toggle the "Allow access to messages".
