Inbox : Saved Answers

Saved answers let you store replies you use often so you can answer messages faster.

How to create a saved answer

  1. Open the inbox and click a message.

  2. Select the folder icon.

  3. Click New answer.

  4. Add a title, any tags, and the reply text.

  5. Click Save. You can also enable Save for all brands.

When Save for all brands is enabled, the answer is available across all brands you manage. If you want other team members in the current brand to see the saved answer, leave this option turned off.

Search saved answers

You can search saved answers by keyword and filter them by tags.

Each label shows the number of saved answers it contains.
