Use boosting to promote Facebook and Instagram posts with a simple setup and a short campaign duration.

You can boost posts on Facebook and Instagram.
How it works
Boosting a post expands the reach of an existing audience using Facebook’s algorithm. The full budget is used without custom segmentation. The algorithm handles delivery to get the best results.
The promotion runs for two days and requires a minimum budget of 2 USD, split as at least 1 USD per day. The promotion cannot be edited and uses the default settings. If you need to customize the duration, budget, or audience, create a separate ad instead.
To boost a post, the Facebook Ads account must be connected in the connections dashboard.
Boosting options
Boost a published post
In the post and reels list, click Boost.
Then add the amount you want to spend.
The minimum budget is 2 USD, or the equivalent in your configured currency.
The beneficiary and payer fields are mandatory for the EU and associated countries. In other regions, you can enter any value to continue.
If that information is already configured in the Facebook Ads account, the fields fill automatically. If it is the first campaign, you must add them manually. The last values entered are saved for future promotions.

Boost a new post while planning
Add the content and set the date.
Open the Facebook or Instagram settings.
Add the amount you want to invest in the boost.
Save the post.
