Tracking permissions on iOS (Facebook and Instagram)

This article explains the iOS tracking permission required to connect Facebook and Instagram accounts from the mobile app.

Allow tracking permissions in the mobile app

To connect your Facebook Page or Instagram account from the app, starting from iOS 17, you must accept tracking permissions. Otherwise, the connection will fail.

During the first connection in the app, tap Allow. If you previously denied tracking, you can change the setting in iOS under Settings > the app > Allow Tracking.
