How to generate reports
Use the Reports section to generate social media reports, download them in PDF or PPT format, and schedule automatic delivery.
Where to download reports
You can generate social media reports in a few clicks once your accounts are connected and collecting data. To open the reporting tools, go to Analytics and then open Reports from the left menu.

To generate a report:
Choose the time period, either a full month or a custom date range.
Select the language.
Choose the networks to include, the table sorting field, and the maximum number of rows.
Optionally add your logo.
Click the download button for PDF or PPT.
To include the Summary section, you have two options:
If no network is selected, the summary includes all networks.
If you select networks, the summary is generated only for those networks.

PPT downloads
When downloading in PPT format:
Thumbnails: some tools may not display thumbnails correctly. They display properly in PowerPoint, LibreOffice, and OpenOffice.
Grid background: in some tools, the background may appear as a grid. To fix it, open the file, right-click the background, choose Format Background, and uncheck Tile picture as texture.
Automatic report delivery
From the same section, you can schedule automatic report delivery to one or more email addresses, choose the send day, customize the email text, and send a test report.
Download manager
Use Previous downloads to review the last 10 generated reports and download them again without regenerating them.
